• 새로운 LED 광원을 통한 미래의 빛은 건축 및 공간 디자인 계획에서 첨단 기술과 빛의 만남을 통한 새로운 상상력의 발견과 그를 통한 문화 창조의 새로운 가능성으로 떠오르고 있다.
• 기존의 빛의 개념에서 탈피한 빛과 조명에 대한 새로운 시각의 정립과 이를 위한 체계적인 교육이 요구되고 있다.

특징

• 인간과 환경과 빛과의 관계를 예술과 기술적 관점에서 다학제간 접근을 통한 디자인방법론을 체계적으로 확립하도록 한다.
• 인간의 삶의 질을 높이는 환경디자인 관점에서 계획하는 방법을 습득하고 이를 디자인과 기술적으로 해결하는 다양한 방법들을 창의성과 예술성을 기반으로 이론적, 실무적으로 교육한다.
• 디자인 전문대학원으로서 실무중심으로 현장연계 교육 프로그램을 중심으로 운영한다.
• 국내 최고의 조명 디자이너와 해외 파트너 등과 연계한 수업을 진행한다.

Background

With the new LED lighting system, the future lighting is emerging as a new possibility of culture and creative imagination through the combinations of a new high-tech and lightings in the architectural design and planning.
The systematic training/education is required for the new perspective and establishment about the lighting and lighting fixture that are molted from the existing lighting concept.

• The relationship between human, environment and light is to be established systematically through the interdisciplinary approach in the artistic and technical perspective.
• This course aims to acquire about the planning methods in the perspective of environmental design that enhances the quality of life, and will educate theoretically and practically, on various solutions in terms of design and techniques based on both creativity and artistic skills.
• As a graduate school of design, the program will be operated practically based on the site.
• Lectures will be corporated with the top korean lighting designers and foreign partners.
